Sport Massage

Hot Stone Therapy
This uses warm stones that give penetrating heat to the muscles allowing the therapist to do deep tissue work. Stones are placed in varying positions on the body for energy balancing or may be used by the therapist for specific trigger-point work. The stones elicit physical and mental relaxation and a spiritual connection to earth energy giving you a deeper relaxation.

Hydrocollator "Hot" Treatment for Relaxation -$20
We are now using a Hydrocollator as an amazing way to "pre-treat" your back and soften the muscles using moist heat of clay packs.
It is a superior way to soften muscle tissue before the therapist begins massage in those areas. It works like this: The clay packs come out of a heated tank, a towel is over the designated area of the skin and hte packs are set in place. While these begin to work, the therapist begins your massage by working your feet and legs. When the packs are removed, the therapists are better able to access areas of tension. The combination of pressure and heat is divine!
Cryotherapy - Ice Therapy - $20
Cryotherapy can reduce the acute inflammatory response, cause a decrease in local circulation, increase blood viscosity and reduce swelling. This can also reduce muscle spasm and increase the pain threshold for uncomfortable, deep friction massage techniques. All these benefits allow the therapist to get into the muscle, work it, reeducate the fibers and clear out the 'junk' so the muscles smoothly glide past one another and function properly on their own and with each other.
Relaxing Scalp Massage Treatment - $30
Rosemary and lavender essentials oils are infused onto the scalp, followed by a rejuvenating massage of your scalp, neck, shoulders, and then a warm towel is wrapped around your head with slow compression to help you relax. A hydrating and invigorating foot massage to melt away any tension.
Hand Exfoliation treatment - $25
A exfoliation scrub massaged into your hands to remove the dead skin, then a warm towel wrap around your hand to remove the scrub and massaging of your hands to release any of your tension.
